Hi all,
We have a big new beta for you to try with some headline features. First off is Global Set. Whatever you put in the Global Set will always be active. This is perfect for things like MIDI, or analog inputs like a vocal mic that you always want present in your session. We also have new set transition options (right-click on the set); a new Grid-type hardware input and pad controller module, this is great for using an SPD as an input for triggering sounds in SP; a really cool new modulator type called “Random | Step” and a ton of smaller improvements.
Now by default, switching kits will reset your sequencers to step 1. There’s now an option to change this behavior.
We’re still tweaking things and making improvements so please share your feedback. The documentation for these features isn’t live yet, but I can answer any questions you might have here.
To install the beta, just open the beta app and you’ll get an in-app notice or head to https://sunhou.se/downloads/beta .
If you’re not part of the Beta channel and would like to join, send an email to support@sunhou.se (you just need a valid SPv2 license and a willingness to help test new stuff).
