Ableton VST3 plugin files missing

Hello,

I am trying to install the Ableton plugin in SP2 on Windows PC using Ableton standard. When I click install in the SP2 general settings it takes me to a finder window. I cannot locate the VST3 file anywhere in a search. Any ideas on what to do?

By the way, I do not currently have the portal plugged in to my PC because it is at the studio. I wouldn’t think that would affect anything regarding installing the plugin, but let me know if so.

hi @bustinbikes that’s pretty odd. Do you have full admin permissions on your machine? If you wouldn’t mind, could you make a video trying to install and clicking through and send an email to support@sunhou.se?
