February 27, 2026 Note:
Hey guys! With the introduction of Instruments and Hotswap in 2.6, this pack is now redundant. Further, we’ve also remixed all of the sets in the Library, especially the acoustic ones, so I’m removing the .spz linked in this post.
If you have this pack installed, you can remove it by right clicking the pack and selecting “Reveal in Finder/Explorer”, which will take you to the userpacks folder (Music/Sunhouse/Sensory Percussion 2/userpacks) where you can delete pack folder titled multi-sampled drum set instruments.
I’ll leave this post up for the time being, but eventually may delete it.
Best,
stevenz
Hi there! This is not a new sound pack, but rather a reorganizing of all detailed multi-sample acoustic drums and percussion from across the Core Library and Sound Packs. More of a “Collection”, I suppose.
Download the collection here: **REMOVED DOWNLOAD LINK, SEE NOTE ABOVE**
You will need to have the following official Sunhouse Soundpacks installed in order for all of the samples to link up
For all drumset instruments to work you will need:
Black Cat Drums
Brooklyn Vanguard
Orbivestus Drums
Parabola Drums
For all hand/multi percussion instruments to work, you will need:
King Klave
Orbivestus Drums
Taiko
While you might be able to load and play sets from this collection, that’s not the intended use. The collection is made for drag and drop, and there are two useful ways to engage with that.
1)- If you know right away what instrument you want to grab from the collection you can simply drag it from the pack into your working set. You may want to adjust the virtual input filter (most likely if you have more than one tom in your setup). See video below.
2)- If you want to “audition” the instruments before choosing, you can drag and drop the sequencers (labelled “snares”, “toms”, “kicks”) into your working set (this drag and drop will take a few seconds to load: these are very detailed instruments with A LOT of samples each).
Then you can click the sequencer play button repeatedly until you find a sound you like, drag it out of the sequencer, and then delete the sequencer. See video below.
If you make any cool combo instruments from these, feel free to share them as .sp2s in the comments below! ![]()
