Audio Streamer Error message

So when I try to get the audio streamer to work in logic or ableton it says I may need to update and that it won’t work. I have the newest version.
I have the options between stereo, 16x or 24x. Only the stereo options gets me through without error message but when hitting record, nothing actually records. Can hear audio but won’t record. Noob here. Any help would be great.

hey @maditheboi our dev team is investigating a bug with the streamer and Logic. We’ll get this sorted soon and get an updated issued. Thanks!

is there an update for this topic? i have the same problem.

Hey guys!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This should be fixed now, so head to your account page and download and install the Audio Streamer plugin. Then you’ll have to clear your Audio Unit cache:

  1. Close Logic

  2. In Finder select Go to Folder from under Go in the top menu.

  3. type or copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/ into the search bar and press go

  4. Delete or remove the com.apple.audiounits.cache file from that folder

  5. Restart your computer

The next time you open up Logic, Logic will rescan your plugins and that will ensure that it’s not loading the old version of the Audio Streamer from cache.

Let us know if you have any further issues. The fastest way to get in touch with us is via an email to support@sunhouse or the chatbox on our website.

Best,
