Hi @dixonjoe dbOne tom heads are great and we recommend them. I would not recommend the dbOne Snare head. It has a two-layer design that buzzes to mimic a snare without the reso and snare wires and it’s not great with SP. The buzzing can confuse the detection algorithm. So I’d just recommend using the Tom head on the snare.

All the dbZero heads are great, too.

Thanks for your input on the DB one mesh heads
Question on the snare drum would the DB one 14” tom head work
My reasoning is the volume when using no sencers as well as the feel of the DB one vers the DB zero

Yeah, exactly. You can use the 14" dB one Tom head on the snare and that works great.

This is what I use and I recommend it if you don’t need to be quiet. The fell of the dB One is so much better than the Zero in my opinion.

Also, I added a headphone amp and am using an open headphone Sennheiser HD600. Great timbre and works very well if using medium loud cymbals like the Agean Natural R-Series Low Volume Cymbal. I feel like the Sabian and Zildjian silent cymbals are not authentic.

I don’t know if you can help me with my computer attached are the specs. I only use it for Superior Drummer 3

Hi @dixonjoe - Your computer is definitely on the low end. You should be able to run Sensory Percussion, but you will likely have trouble with many of the larger kits and you probably will have to run it at a pretty large buffer size, which will result in more latency. Hope that helps!
