I think you just need to click on the first level of submodules to get to where you need to go. In Orf those are called: Orf Snare, Orf Hat, Orf Toms & Conga, Orf Kick.
Below is a video of how to navigate all the way down to the samplers in the Orf kit using either the edit page or the new right hand panel.
We recently optimized the Core Library packs and Sound Packs for more drag-and-drop-ability (many more modules are now in Groups so you can more easily drag-and-drop into your working sets without breaking a lot of assignments). But many of the sets now appear differently on the edit page.
Let me know if you have specific questions about navigation or modifying/optimizing the presets.
