Crash on loading after upgrading to 1.7.3 on PC

I just upgraded to 1.7.3 and every time I launch the Sensory Percussion app it crashes. I’m on Win 7 on a PC.

I’ve tried uninstalling the program and re-installing it, but I still get a crash with the following output in Windows when launching:
