I just got notification my cymbal/hihat bundle is on the way. However, I’m relatively new to drums and know very little about what are the ideal hi hat and cymbal stands to get. Are there any specific ones that would work best with the sunhouse system? I don’t want to get the cheapest stands, but also not sure if I want to get any really high end ones. I was thinking something in the mid price ranges possibly. Any recommendations for this sunhouse setup would be appreciated
I haven’t received the cymbals yet, but I am planning on using them with a DW 3000 or PDP hi hat stand and then probably PDP or Sonor non-boom type of cymbal stands. I am wondering about motion transference from toms being on the same stand. If I didn’t have stands yet, I would bet on the Hi hat stand to be the one spending more money on matters. I would love to year from the beta testers on this.

I’m curious why you would opt for non-boom over boom stands?
I have had these beautiful V2 drum sensors for a few years and really like them. But I have at times had them get triggered by incidental vibrations. So I am thinking along the lines that the less there is to vibrate for the cymbal sensors; the better.
