Delivery of orders from Feb - any info?

Hi all,

I’ve placed an order on the 25th of Feb, ordering a module, drum triggers and cymbal triggers (decided to build a home practice kit with SP instead of buying a roland)

But there is zero to no information of the expected delivery date, it’s been almost a month and I get no answers from support.

Wondering if it’s just me or anyone else in the same situation, because Instagram shows what seems to be people using the cymbals sensors, so I guess it’s being delivered

I received my cymbal kit last week…impressive!

The annoying thing for me is they come up short by one sensor given the size of the cymbal pack they sell, doesn’t make Sensory. You have to end up buying a separate sensor, which is unavailable at the moment.

Don’t be sad, I missed the pre sale of the cymbals pack by a day, was already in my cart and went out of stock, then had to order the sensors separately which comes with less cymbals (hihat + 2 rides) and with 2 rides instead of one crash and one ride and for $100 more….

And I paid $100 more than if I’d get the full pack in time. You did a good deal :slight_smile:

And I asked support about it and they said the next batches will probably not include any cymbals, meaning I myself did a good deal too

If you only got it last week… seems like I might just have to wait a bit longer.

Hi all,

I had the same problem (having the hihat / 2 cymbal bundle in my cart when rhey got out of stock). I also ordered them separately (hihat plus 2 cymbals) for 100€ more and less flexible in xymbal size….

My real problem is rhat i paid 3 items but got only two. One cymbal ist still missing and noone replies tobmy mails. I really am concerned. They took my money already…

Waiting for help and the rest of my order.

I just got an answer from support, it should arrive within a few weeks. I’m totally ok with delays, sunhouse is in startup mode and I fully support the innovation they bring to the table and prefer them to focus on r&d even if it means shipping delay. Just wanted to verify it’s on its way

Ha! Funny reply. Yes I “almost” waited since I already had the Evan’s cymbals… but as it is it’s really impressive kit, Roland is probably salivating to buy patent from Sensory
