Gain sensor problem

Hey !

I find the the sensors on my meash heads send very little gain, especially the kick. I always have to put +15, +18 of gain in the sensor training page. Is it something normal ? I tightened the skin quite a lot and use mesh heads. I also pay attention to put the sensors right with the little magnet.

I wonder if I have a distorted sense of Sensory Percussion’s potential because of all the gain I need to use. The velocity curve doesn’t feel natural to me.

Hi @Jriou - hmm, doesn’t sound right.

Can you generate a Diagnostic Report and send it to support@sunhou.se? Make sure you are hitting all the drums in step 3. You can do multiple reports to get through all the drums if needed.

It would also be helpful to see some photos of how the sensor sits on your drum. Whether they are parallel to the head or not. thanks
