I have problem when want to create new hardware output module in stand alone app.
In the dropdown menu of output module all channels are gray, but on the Audio panel all of them are selected. The hardware outputs that were created automatically and are already there work, but when I for example want to create module for Aux 5 Aux 5 it’s gray in the dropdown menu, but it in the older module that has for example aux 5/aux 6 selected together it not gray and it works.
Almost like it’s bug in modules dropdown menu, I have no idea what is happening?
I think what you’re describing is how the feature was designed. Only one Mix can be sent to each hardware output. This is to prevent doubling and other issues. But Submixes in Sensory 2 are quite robust and I think you should be able to accomplish what you want to do.
From your example, it sounds like you may want to send a mono signal out of Aux 5, but are blocked because Aux 5 is already in use as a stereo hardware output (Aux 5 & 6). If you aren’t using the stereo version of the hardware output, you can just delete it by selecting that hardware output and pressing the delete key. Then you should be able to send a mono signal out of Aux 5.
I was thinking that by disabling them with a disable button will do the trick, but I should really delete the modules in order to free the outputs in the menu?
And one more question - is it possible to get 2.5.2 installation, with the new 2.6. version I’m getting some audio cracks and pops again, even when I disable my network card drivers which did the trick on all other SP versions (there is some issue with Realtek drivers and Win11 driver handling which causes audio problems)? I will experiment with 2.6 version to find out where the problem is, but right now I have a solo gig in couple of days and I would like to run the older version where I don’t have these problems for now.
