hi! i’ve been trying to use the hit controller without success- i only get to hear one of the samples when hitting the drums, no matter the velocity.
I’m attaching a screenshot, because i’m clearly missing smth out… tried changing the input level gate, nothing changed,
I’m having a similar experience with note controller, for which i might open a new thread.

The setup in your screenshots looks good to me, can you send an email to support@sunhou.se with a video of you hitting the drum from quiet to loud and showing the scale of your hits coming into the software? It would be good to see a video of both of the screenshots you sent - with you playing from quiet to loud - so we can see if the software is receiving the full velocity scale of your playing. That will better help us troubleshoot where it could be going wrong.
For your Note Controller question, feel free to open a new thread, however, as of right now, we recommend first that you use the newer Pitch & Scale panel that is incorporated into every module: Pitch & Scale | Sensory Percussion 2 Help
We have plans to update the Note Controller module in the future, but for the time being, the Pitch & Scale panel is more robust and recommended for all your melodic & harmonic desires.
