Hello!
Recently my laptop broke down and I got a new one. I did have SP on an external hard rive from a backup, and downloaded it from said hard drive.
However, I am unable to access it because of the license or something being lost as well.
-Is there a folder or something I should look for in my hard drive to grant me access?
-Do I need to put in a request to have a new license or activation key sent to me?
Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts going about this.
