In particular I’m getting a lot of “crash” triggers on the 20” ride when hitting with the tip squarely in the middle of the bow.
There doesn’t appear to be a way to re-train for the cymbals, might that help and is it coming any time soon?
Hi @digdoug this is most likely a sensor setup issue. Can you make sure that the rubber washer is properly lined up with the sensor module? It has grooves on it that fit into place.
If you can send a diagnostic report to support@sunhou.se with a photo of your ride cymbal we can help you further. Try to play the ride cymbal in the way that is causing the mis-triggers while the diagnostic is running.
