I really have a problem with “inapp-purchase style” for soundpacks!
WHY?
if the system works well, no problem at all - but with the main issues, really sad.
The GUI isn’t customer friendly,
no lefty drummer visual setup possibility, still a beta for too much money?
can i kindly ask, why?

@MarswoodBeats We always listen to our users’ feedback and many of the features we release come from user requests. But it’s always a matter of balancing 1) how many users are asking for a particular feature and 2) our own internal roadmap. This is true for any product. If you have a feature request or feedback, just let us know! We’re happy to take it into consideration. But just because we don’t release your feature doesn’t mean this is a “beta” product or that it’s “sad”. It’s certainly not a beta product for all the professional drummers using Sensory Percussion on stages all over the world.
To your specific comments:
Offering paid packs is not “in app purchases”. Packs cost money to produce, and we will have a mix of paid and free packs like every other company out there (Ableton, Roland, Yamaha, NI, etc.). We have a ton of free stuff in the pipeline coming out soon!
We’ve discussed a left-handed layout for the drum kit and it’s on the roadmap. But this will likely be only a visual change. i.e. not affect panning of instrument presets.

I totally expected a post about the charging for sound packs… but, kind of thought that would have been on the day they were first released. I admit that I purchased 2 of them, and have really enjoyed playing with the bongos. But if it weren’t something I was interested in, I just wouldn’t have purchased it, much like I haven’t downloaded all the sound packs available. I do understand that once a company starts selling sound packs it is easy to see that perhaps the free packs will not be offered and all future packs will be for sale. I have purchased so many samples over the years that I didn’t have a problem with paying for them. I also suppose that my interest in the paid packs is higher than most free packs because I have now invested in them. I know I have purchased many things that didn’t turn out as I thought. And that is the beauty of expressive musicality.

I’ll send you some inputs, because when i’m opening the new 2.7.2 it always crash into an system error and this made me mad… I’m using sp since 2017, so i always see the potentials.
