  1. I’ve been noticing that sensors are available for sale used. Is the software indeed transferable?
  2. If I buy sensors used without software, can I purchase the software alone from SP?

  1. Yes, it is possible to transfer a software license. In that case, we just need to have the previous owner of the license contact sunhouse support to make the transfer (support@sunhou.se)

  2. We generally do not sell standalone software licenses, except on a case-by-case basis. But in generally, we try to do whatever is best for the situation, so it’s always best to just get in touch at support@sunhou.se
