No Sound with 2.7.2

Hi there,

I just updated to the current version. Before the update everything was running smoothly. Now there is no sound coming out of the interface. Has anyone the same issue?

Hi @pkondrums,

If you’ve tried powering the Portal off and back on and have ensured that your Hardware Outputs are enabled and showing signal, go ahead and send a diagnostic report to support@sunhou.se and we can further troubleshoot there.

If you are on mac, it is helpful to check the input and output volume on the “Sounds” area of the Settings panel for the device itself. My mac will occasionally turn down the input or output volume when switching between interfaces or restarting - worth checking out.

I’m running 2.7.2 on my Win 10 machine and it just crashes. Can’t even get to the point of determining if there is sound or not. I don’t have the 2.6.7 install file so I can’t revert. DIW (Dead in the water).

I had in the install for 2.5.0 and installed that and then upgraded to 2.7.2 from there and had no issues - so up on 2.7.2 now.

Turns out I spoke too soon. I got 2.7.2 to run for one session and then back to crashing. I will send a message to support to get 2.6.7.
