Currently on tour with SP, noticed that my rig is getting this strange constant waveform, seems to be in a random pattern. I have tried changing out the sensors and that has not seemed to change anything, is this just white noise from the house music in the venue or is this like some type of internal issue? Is it happening on all your drum channels? It could be a ground loop. Do you notice a change when you are plugged into a different power source or on battery?
You could add an Audio Insert and select that drum channel to see what the noise sounds like -a or pull it up in another daw. Would be good to know if it’s a hum or just noise, etc.
I believe this was a ground loop issue, when having all drums plugged in and plugged into different power source there was no visible waveform anymore, thanks!
