The program worked initially, but after a brief break in use, I come back and the program will no longer launch properly. I am on a Windows 11 system. It doesn’t even seem to Uninstall properly. I can get the Install wizard to run smoothly, but the same freeze issue happens on launch, even though it is now the Intro disclaimer screen instead of the User Interface. I just get the never-ending swirly ball of deep thought. No cursor to interact. I have to use Task Manager to close it everytime. This is after several computer restarts, updates, etc…

First, can you try unplugging the Portal and restarting the software?
If that doesn’t work, can you try navigating to:
[user]\AppData\Roaming\Sensory Percussion 2\
[user]\AppData\Roaming\Sunhouse\Sensory Percussion 2\
and delete a file called
