My setup. I’m super digging this. I have db ones on kick and Toms, with reso heads. The snare setup is a sabian quiet tone sitting on top of my acoustic snare (with snares on!). The hi hats are 16” (Evans on top, L80 on bottom). Really considering trading out my Td27 with this for live use. I only do midi to SD3. The open back headphones are key though. The mixed audio of real low volume acoustic sounds and SD3 sounds totally creates a feeling of playing a great sounding acoustic kit, but it’s all low volume to anyone in the house. Good job on the cymbal sensors sunhouse!

Hi,
Don’t you have any problem with the hihat MIDI triggering ?
Thx
Bo
It’s not bad. Obviously it’s not as good as my vh14Ds, but it’s acceptable

Nice set up. I haven’t had a chance to try it out with sd3 yet. Hopefully I can find time this weekend. How does it compare in triggering with the sp2 software? Thanks for sharing.
The triggering is not as good as electronic drums, but it’s good enough. I think it could be better, but I would need to tighten the db one heads on the kick and toms, and use a db zero or db one for the snare and I don’t want to do that.
