I’m guessing you want to avoid selling multiple cable lengths to keep it simple but I would love it if your TRS cables came in shorter lengths as an option. They feel unnecessarily long and with so many cables around the kit, the shorter and tidier the better for me!
That’s funny cause I find myself needing them longer lol. You can just buy or make your own custom length TRS cables, that’s what I ended up doing for my longer runs
@MNDMTH What size cable are you referring to? The new cymbal sensors come with 20-foot cables, but the drum sensors’ are 12-foot.
D’Addario sells the 12’ cables on their site, and I believe the 20’ ones will also be available at some point.
You can use any TRS cable, but most L-tip cables won’t fit into the well on the top of the drum sensor.
Probably half that length again - like 6 feet. Just for connecting drums and cymbals that are very close to the portal. It’s not a big deal though!
