Simultaneous hits gonna mute kick?

Hi there,

If my Rimshot and Kickdrum really land together my kickdrum gets muted.. also in the input channel, there is no “dot” as in the picture below.. any ideas how to solve this problem?

Im using a Single Trigger Roland RT30K for the Kick , and the normal SP2 Trigger for the Snaredrum. Both with regular Drumheads.

I’ve had this happen too, but usually when I hit an acoustic crash together with my kick. Do you train the void zones? That might help. It still happens once in a while but I’ve been able to minimize the occurrences with void zones
