I am considering a factory reset. Has anyone done this?
I understand and acknowledge this is a user error (me), but it would be great to work with this product on some upcoming projects.
I appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hello! Yes, I got help from SP. I had to reinstall, do updates and clean up my Ableton workflow. TBH, my attention to detail is not great. SP support identified the big issues I had and walked me through how to get back up and running.
