This is probably very simple, but I seem to be missing a step.
I’ve been avoiding updating SP because whenever I download the update and reopen SP, the software opens and shows the popup with the available update as if I never did anything.
Is there something I am missing to complete the update?

After the software prompts you to download the new update, you have to double click the installer (which will be in to the folder you selected during the download).
Then go through the installation steps to complete the update. And feel free to send us a message at support@sunhou.se if you are having difficulties updating.
