Is there one on the way or have I missed it? . Seems like the best option for recording in Logic

You could try soundflower/loopback/other virtual routing apps. My experience back in the day was that the latency would get weird and inconsistent.
My current recording system that I’m super stoked about is using the Portal as a secondary interface, and route the ADAT out from portal into my main interface, giving me 8 mono / 4 stereo tracks of separation for recording/production. Usually I have kick on 1-2, snare on 3/4, toms on 5/6 and any additional FX busses on 7/8. Killer stuff. Make sure to set your sync to Adat or you get weird comb filtering distortion.
