Warranty question

Hey guys,

I’m buying a set of 2 sensory Percussion used on eBay. As the guy who is selling is a friend of the owner, and the owner receveid it as a gift… if they are not working and I want to sent it to you… do I need to have the buying receipt? How much time I have for the warranty? Thanks

Hi there,

We have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the initial purchase of the sensors (so that would be from when your friend bought them). If you needed help with your sensors, it would be helpful to have the original receipt (you might want to ask your friend for that). Otherwise, we could try to figure it out from the sensor serial numbers.
