Mac Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), 2.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
I have this mac model. When I use it with Sensory Percussion I get a lot of digital overdrive, I can probably run with a very simple setup, but not with anything more advanced, is the computer too slow or am I doing something wrong.? I run with buffer side 128

Hi @Jesper_Ottesen - yeah, that’s tricky. I had that same computer for a long time. Great machine. Though that was a top-of-the-line computer, 10 years is pretty old for a laptop. Some of our presets are pretty CPU heavy, especially some of the bigger acoustic kits.
We’re actually working on some pretty great optimizations ahead of the cymbal sensors coming out. Those should be ready by January and I think it might help your situation as well.
I know it’s probably too much latency for playing, but do the clicks and pops go away when you set the buffer to 256?
