Hello. I purchased the cymbal/HH expansion pack on 2/3. When do you think it might ship?

Im curious too. Laet update said it was postponed to 1st week in Feb.
Yeah by the time I placed my order, I figured the first round of them had already shipped out, and mine would ship on a later date, but maybe not

Nope. We are all waiting without any updates. I’ve also been looking high and low for any discussion or reviews of the cymbals from NAMM but haven’t seen anything. I expected to see more talk/buzz but I guess I should not have expected much.

We’ve been working through some last-minute details with D’Addario about getting these orders shipped. It looks like orders will start to move tomorrow. We can’t tell you exactly when your order will ship (they’re shipping in the order received), but it will be in the next days – early next week at the latest. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience. We’re so excited to get these in everyone’s hands!
As far as reviews from NAMM, here’s a pretty lengthy review/demo of the cymbal sensors from Alejandro Sifuentes. Youtuber 65 Drums also said he will be posting his in-depth review this week. We’re awaiting them just as eagerly as you are! I think it just takes a while to edit together the longer videos. But here’s a short video he shared of Omar Hakim at our booth, as well as a short video shared by Martina Barakoska that shows some acoustic cymbal sounds.

@Patrick, 65 drums dropped a video as I was reading your reply! It’s more of a “first impressions” video though. Are you saying he’s dropping a more in-depth review soon?

Great timing! Yeah, that was the 65 Drums video I was referring to. I guess it is more of a “first impression” because he didn’t get to take the cymbal sensors home and spend a ton of time with them. No one really has done that yet, outside of a few Beta testers.
As we get closer to the official launch, there will be reviews/demos on all the usual channels (sweetwater, reverb, etc.) and we’re definitely expecting influencers to make their own in-depth videos. But if you pre-ordered yours, you will actually be getting yours before most of them, so you can just experience them directly and decide for yourself!

I just saw a couple people posting their packs arriving today so hopefully that means orders are shipping! I ordered pretty much day y’all posted the preorder so hoping I see mine soon

Wanted to give a shipping update here. We really appreciate your patience and are just as excited as you are for you to get your hands on the new gear. It’s a bit of an unusual situation because all of the pre-orders go through us (Sunhouse), but the fulfillment is handled by our partners at D’addario.
We have confirmed with D’addario that orders have started to go out in the US, although slightly later than first anticipated. If you haven’t gotten an email with the shipping confirmation yet, you can expect yours within the next week.
Orders in Europe (UK & EU) are just a little further behind. There were some delays in getting the pallet of units from New York to the UK D’Addario warehouse. With new products, export issues can be unpredictable. We’re still expecting these orders to start to move next week.
I know delays are frustrating. With the software now fully updated and ready to rock with cymbals, we’re anxious to get this in your hands, too! Thanks again for your patience with this brand new product. If you need to update your shipping address, you can write in to support@sunhou.se.

This is getting a little to be too much. Let’s remember shipping was delayed by NAMM, and now it’s almost March and still no email status nor any place to check order status. Can we be honest as to what is going on?

Not to be that guy, but this is the unfortunate reality of pre-ordering cutting edge technology. I pre-ordered the DWe wireless adaptors when Roland dropped them and it took even that major company almost 8 months to ship them. Influencers and official artists are starting to post receiving theirs so I’m sure we’re all shortly behind. He said we’d all get an email within a week or so and it hasn’t even been a week since that comment
