Your words are quite thoughtful. I would perhaps assert that Sunhouse could be sharing too much detail about the intricacies of these delays; thereby causing customers to be slightly disappointed when it is not necessary. I must say that I am not at all discouraged. I remember getting UPS delays for a box of paper that would say ‘delayed by Train, by inclement weather and whatever winter solstice party-bus drove by the warehouse.’ I am thinking that any amount of time to wait for these musicality, and life-changing cymbal sensors is going to be a worthwhile day spent with justifiable anticipation. I bet I ordered these on Dec 7th and do not regret it.

Hey all, shipping is all moving very quickly now. We lost a day and half to this massive storm here in NYC–pretty much everything shut down. Most US orders (except for the very latest) will finish shipping out today. EU is still a little delayed, but is catching up (different warehouse, different team). You will get a shipping notification email with tracking info when your order ships. Thanks for your patience!

Those of you following close should post when you receive a shipping email. I have not received one and ordered at beginning of January.
I just got my item shipped email! It shipped out from NY yesterday, and is estimated to be at my house in Oregon on 3/3.

I bought the cymbal plus hi hat package for $599. You might try going back to the original order confirmation email and clicking “View Order”. Mine shows tracking info now. It didn’t before
When did you buy yours? I just checked order status and nothing in my tracking yet. I ordered on 12/4
